Job Description – Sales Engineer Sales Engineer is expected to be adept at building long term client relationships leading to repeat business for the organization. The ideal Sales Engineer works with clients to understand their requirements and offer products suited to their needs. The Engineer is technically sound and knows the company products and their USPs well, he/she focuses on technical selling and in building client confidence in the product so as to surpass individual and organizational sales targets. The key responsibilities of a Sales Engineer are – Generate leads by means of Cold Calling/Emails/Phone Calls/Reference Regularly visit potential customers at their manufacturing location Develop professional relationships with potential customers with a view towards generating long terms business Fully understand the range of products offer by the organization Understand in detail the strengths of each product v/s the competition Work with the customer in generating enquiries as per our technical specifications Generate orders by submitting offers timely and coordinating with order submission team for relevant paperwork Develop a sales pipeline for a long-term view of orders and target achievement Reach and surpass Quarterly and Annual targets Update daily visit data in CRM Identify Key Decision Maker for each enquiry and initiate meetings with them alongwith the Sales Manager in order to successful convert the enquiry Qualifications and Skills of Sales Engineer : Relationship Building Customer Engagement Communication Skills Result Orientation CRM Target Fulfilment Technical Selling Application Deadline: 01/04/2025 Expected Start Date: 15/04/2025 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Sales: 2 years (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
