Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy PMO Executive to support project governance, resource allocation, invoicing, and system management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP and other enterprise systems, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
Shape Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Governance: Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities. Ensure adherence to PMO standards and methodologies. System Management: Operate and manage enterprise systems such as SAP for project tracking, resource allocation, and invoicing. Maintain accurate records and documentation within the systems. Resource Allocation & Invoicing: Coordinate resource assignments across projects. Manage invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing. Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. Generate insights and summaries for leadership using Excel and PowerPoint. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare presentations and status updates for senior management.
