Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Supervision:

· Oversee day-to-day site activities ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and timelines.

· Supervise and direct contractors, subcontractors, and site labor to maintain smooth operations.

· Ensure that all construction activities comply with quality and safety standards.

2. Planning & Coordination:

· Coordinate with project planning, QS, quality, and safety teams to ensure seamless project execution.

· Review project drawings and specifications, addressing technical issues promptly.

· Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, work schedules, and material requirements.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance:

· Implement company quality standards and monitor workmanship at every stage.

· Ensure safety measures are strictly followed by all personnel on-site.

· Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely rectification of non-conformities.

4. Resource & Material Management:

· Monitor the usage of manpower, materials, and machinery to avoid wastage and ensure efficiency.

· Verify material receipts, usage, and reconciliation reports in coordination with the Stores and Procurement teams.

· Assist in verifying bills and measurements for subcontractor and vendor payments.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

· Prepare and submit progress updates, quality reports, and site documentation as required.

· Maintain records of work progress, inspection reports, and deviation statements.

· Support senior management in decision-making through accurate site data and analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: BE Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in site execution within the Construction / Real Estate industry.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, good communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
