Job Title: Project Engineer – (for Automated NDT Solutions)
Location: Mumbai, (Only candidates from Mumbai)
Experience: 4-5 years of project engineering experience
Max Salary Offered: CTC 9 LPA or Max up to 10 LPA

Mandatory Technical Skills:
Knowledge of automation components such as motion controllers, actuators, PLCs, sensors, and robotics.Exposure to CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and project tracking software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage full lifecycle of NDT automation projects — including planning, design review, system integration, and customer delivery.● Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, software, and application teams to develop integrated automated inspection systems.● Interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications and engineering deliverables.● Supervise assembly, testing, and commissioning of systems at the factory and customer site.● Ensure adherence to industry standards and customer-specific quality benchmarks.● Conduct risk assessments and implement project control measures to ensure timely and successful execution.● Prepare detailed project documentation including Gantt charts, test plans, FAT/SAT reports, and installation manuals.● Interface directly with the installation team, provide technical support during installation, and ensure smooth project handover.● Assist in procurement planning, and vendor management for automation components and hardware.

Requirements & Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or related field.● Experience: 4–6 years of project engineering experience, preferably in industrial automation or NDT systems.

Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and organizational skills.Effective communicator with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable with hands-on field work and travel for site installations.

Other:
Willingness to travel domestically.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
● Exposure to PLC programming or SCADA/HMI systems.● Knowledge of standards such as ISO 9712, ASME BPVC, or EN standards for NDT.● Experience working with system integrators or OEMs in the testing and inspection field.● Project Management Certification (PMP or similar) is a plus.
