About the opportunity:
We’re looking for a Project Engineer to collaborate closely with both the project team and clients to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. You’ll have these opportunities to directly communicate with internal support staff, subcontractors, vendors, and the customer’s project team.
Responsibilities:Frequent:
- Participate in project kick-off meetings with internal teams (Sales, Project Management, Coordinators, Site Supervisors) and external stakeholders (dealers, end users, subcontractors) to align objectives and expectations.
- Attend internal review meetings with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering teams to evaluate project status and address technical concerns.
- Lead and document design reviews with dealers, end users, or subcontractors as part of the project initiation process.
- Supervise third-party vendors and subcontractors during integration, installation, and deployment activities to ensure compliance with project standards. Provide hands-on support for installation as needed.
- Review dealer-generated AV system and network drawings during internal meetings, followed by additional design reviews with dealers or end users as required.
- Analyse architectural drawing sets—including HVAC, electrical, structural, and millwork elements—to identify conflicts or missing information and communicate findings to relevant teams.

The experience and skills we value:
- BE/B. Tech/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years on field services or projects related work. Preferably in Audio and Video integration and engineering
- Core AV integrations and projection mapping.
- Cinema installed, exhibitor or partners.
- Clear verbal and written communication for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation.
- familiarity with engineering tools and instruments (e.g., CAD tools, measurement devices).
- Knowledge of CAD, Visio, JD Edwards, Oracle systems
- Understanding of safety and operational procedures for equipment used in the project domain.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
- Explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Drafting project plans, specifications, and progress reports.
- Creating technical documentation and compliance reports.
- Writing emails and formal correspondence professionally
What will put you ahead:
- 3 to 5 years on field services or projects related work. Preferably in Audio and Video integration and engineering
- IT networking certifications such as CCNA.
- AV industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D
- Core AV integrations and projection mapping.
- Cinema installed, exhibitor or partners.
