About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic construction team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to three years of experience in civil or construction engineering. As a Project Engineer, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day construction activities.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Support procurement of materials and tracking inventory on-site.
• Participate in site inspections, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Help resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation related to work execution, change orders, and inspections.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field ( Any Graduate is Fine ).
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience in construction projects (internships count). ( Freshers also apply )
• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and project scheduling.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office Suite is plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at construction locations.

Preferred Qualifications: ( Is Plus )

• Internship or co-op experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of project management tools and software.
• Exposure to industry safety standards and codes.
