Project Engineer

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing site projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent time management abilities, and proficiency in various project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management: Developing project plans, defining scope, setting timelines, and managing resources.
• Technical Oversight: Ensuring designs are feasible, overseeing technical aspects of the project, and providing technical guidance.
• Team Coordination: Collaborating with various teams (design, construction, etc.), managing workflows, and facilitating communication.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Quality and Safety Assurance: Implementing quality control measures and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and changes.
• Budget Management: Monitoring project costs and ensuring adherence to the allocated budget.
• Problem Solving: Addressing technical challenges and finding solutions to keep the project on track.
• Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and specifications.

• Proven experience in project management within the construction or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and schematics.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
