About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager with 4–6 years of experience in the construction industry to lead and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing site execution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of construction projects within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports on project status, cost, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local laws, and quality standards.
• Lead site teams, supervise subcontractors, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with purchase teams.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular site meetings and liaise with clients for progress updates and approvals.
• Ensure proper documentation of project records, change orders, and handover reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience managing mid- to large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
• Solid leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification ( Is Plus )
• Experience in commercial/infrastructure construction (customize as needed).
• Familiarity with ERP or construction project management tools (Is Plus).
