* Lead the full project lifecycle for high-rise developments—from conceptual planning, design coordination, and construction through to handover.

* Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.

* Oversee site mobilization, foundation works, core and shell execution, and structural topping-out phases.

#### **2. Structural & Technical Oversight**

* Review and approve structural design calculations, construction drawings, formwork/shuttering systems, and post-tensioning plans.
