Project Engineer - Civil

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning drawing requirements on a monthly basis, ensuring quality work at the site, devising the sequence of activities in coordination with key stakeholders, coordinating with the purchase team, and facilitating vendor enrollment, managing costs, approvals, and coordination between BO & HO. Additionally, you will ensure timely construction planning with respect to annual targets, completion with desired quality within budgeted costs, safety, staffing, training & development of site staff, and meeting all required legal statutory compliances. We are looking for a qualified engineer (Full time B. Tech Civil) with 7 to 9 years of experience in building construction, specifically residential projects. A passion for quality, an eye for detail, MS Projects & Farvision understanding, continuous learning attitude, high energy, enthusiasm, multitasking ability, and being a team player are essential for this role. Success will be measured by achieving customer satisfaction and consistent target numbers. **Qualifications Required:** - Full-time B.
