Support project governance, delivery oversight, and coordination across Head Office, Project Office, and client.
Support in technical delivery enablement by coordinating inputs from domain experts, validating data, and ensuring timely submission of deliverables.
Assist in commercial controlling including cost tracking, invoicing, document validation, billing trackers, and contract documentation.
Prepare progress reports, minutes, summaries, and structured client communication.
Undertake data synthesis and analytical support for financial models, operational assessments, and commercial insights.
Coordinate day-to-day tasks with the Project Manager / Team Leader, ensuring timely closure of actions.
Manage project documentation, version control, and standardized templates across workstreams as per DB standards.
Conduct site visits and on-ground coordination for data validation and field-related requirements.
Proactively contribute to process improvements and digital delivery practices.
Demonstrate strong written/ verbal communication, discipline, and stakeholder management.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Planning; Master's degree in Project Management / Planning (Transport preferred) / Engineering

Total Experience:

2 - 4 years of experience in consulting, infrastructure advisory, or project coordination roles.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and understanding of project commercials and client-facing workflows.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder consulting environment with a proac-tive and solution-oriented mindset.
