Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Development Manager for Integration practice to lead and oversee our enterprise integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in system integration, middleware platforms, and enterprise application connectivity, along with strong leadership and project management capabilities.
This role is critical in driving seamless interoperability across our business systems, ensuring scalability, reliability and alignment with organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development and delivery of integration solutions across multiple business systems, domains and applications.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, execution, risk management and delivery of integration projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, solution architects and technical teams to define integration requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Ensure middleware platforms (eg, Boomi, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud or similar) are effectively leveraged to support enterprise-scale integration needs.
  • Establish integration standards, best practices and goverce frameworks to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement in integration processes, tools and methodologies.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering growth in technical and project management skills.
  • Track and report on project progress, budgets, risks and deliverables to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 7 years focused on system integration and middleware technologies.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale integration projects within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of middleware platforms (eg, Boomi, MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud, Informatica, TIBCO or similar).
  • Solid understanding of APIs, web services, messaging and cloud integration architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Project management certifications (eg, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
  • Good to have expertise on migration projects.
