Job Description

Coordinate Project Activities: Organize project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely and efficient completion of all ongoing projects.
Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with WohlPhysio’s standards and goals.
Monitor Project Progress: Track milestones and deliverables, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address issues to maintain smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
Ensure Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, prepare regular progress reports, and ensure all documentation complies with company protocols.
Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day project administration, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating with different departments.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and opportunities within each project and assist in developing strategies to mitigate or leverage them.
Daily Reports & Updates: Provide daily updates on project status, challenges, and key developments to the management team.
Technical Understanding: Apply knowledge from a Diploma or related field in Architecture or Interior Design to support project planning, layout coordination, and design execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
