About the Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project managers to develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources efficiently to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Write clear and concise user stories, participate in sprint planning, and support Agile management practices to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans to guide project teams and stakeholders through project processes.
  • Exhibit solid organizational abilities, including multitasking, time management, and prioritization, to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Continuously track project progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and make necessary adjustments to plans to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
  • Identify, address, and resolve issues that could impact project timelines, quality, or scope, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining project momentum.
  • Regularly update product backlogs and manage change requests by evaluating their impact on project scope, timeline, and resources.
  • Keep all project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes up to date and well-organized for easy reference and accountability.
  • Oversee the delivery of project outputs, ensuring they meet established quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Manage change requests effectively, ensuring all related documentation is updated and stakeholders are well-informed of any changes and their impacts.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA, Asana, Monday) to streamline project coordination and communication.
