Backend Developer (NodeJS)

As a skilled Backend Developer with 3 years of hands-on experience in NodeJS, you will be responsible for developing robust backend systems, integrating APIs, and building scalable web applications. Your passion for clean code, performance, and delivering quality user experiences will be key in this role. You will design and develop back-end services using NodeJS, build and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations, and develop efficient MySQL/MongoDB database schemas while writing optimized queries. Collaboration with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements and adhering to industry best practices to write reusable, testable, and efficient code will be part of your daily tasks. Bug fixing, performance tuning, and improving application scalability will also fall within your responsibilities. You will maintain code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and documentation, while actively participating in Agile/Scrum development processes. To excel in this role, you should have 3+ years of professional experience with NodeJS, a strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming, as well as good knowledge of MySQL and optionally MongoDB. Familiarity with version control tools like Git, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication and teamwork abilities are essential. Bonus points if you have experience with Laravel (PHP), knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines, exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, or experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js or React. Your expertise in these areas would be a strong advantage.,
