Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Backend Developer specializing in NodeJS. The Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems using NodeJS. Day-to-day tasks include implementing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring high levels of security and scalability for applications. Collaboration with front-end developers and other team members will also be a crucial part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.

● Work with MongoDB for data modeling and queries.

● Implement server-side logic, APIs, and integrations.

● Manage Docker-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines.

● Handle backend servers, ensure performance, scalability, and uptime.

● Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain production environments. Requirements

Requirements

● 2–3 years of proven experience in backend development.

● Strong proficiency in Node.js and core JavaScript.

● Hands-on experience with MongoDB.

● Good understanding of server concepts and Docker deployments.

● Ability to handle backend servers independently.

●Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
