Project Coordinator

Job Overview:

Tech Pumpkin is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 3–4 years of experience in managing content-driven projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, with hands-on expertise in social media copywriting, graphic content alignment, landing page writing, email marketing, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:

Act as a bridge between internal teams (designers, content writers, marketers) and clients to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

• Social Media Copy & Campaign Coordination:

Review and contribute to social media copywriting; ensure all creatives are aligned with campaign objectives and brand tone.

• Graphics Copywriting & Collaboration:

Coordinate with the graphics team to create visually appealing and message-aligned content for various platforms.

• Landing Page Content & Client Coordination:

Manage and support content creation for landing pages, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in messaging while collaborating with Project Managers or clients.

• Reporting & Analysis:

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports; provide actionable insights and help optimize content and campaign performance.

• Email Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and oversee email marketing and newsletter campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms, ensuring successful delivery and engagement.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital content marketing, copywriting, and campaign flow.
• Hands-on experience in social media, landing page content, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing reports.
