Join TANMATRA Ayurveda as our Project Coordinator and take the lead in promoting a powerful, specially curated range of products for women’s health. What You'll Do As the Project Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of a mission-driven movement to improve women’s health. Your responsibilities will include: · Brand Visibility & Engagement Manage the brand social media presence and campaigns. Plan and execute social media campaigns in coordination with the social media and marketing teams to ensure the product is marketed in line with brand strategy. Coordinate 2–3 monthly podcast interviews to boost awareness and engagement Work with guest speakers and marketing/content teams · Market Monitoring & Reporting Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with insights · Event & Campaign Execution Plan and manage in-store promotions, wellness exhibitions, and events Launch and coordinate campaigns in collaboration with PR, marketing & social media teams · Product Promotion & Sales Represent the brand to women with empathy, clarity, and confidence Get products listed on Amazon and similar platforms, monitor performance and report outcomes · Stock Management & Quality Oversight Ensure products are in stock and meet hygiene standards Managing stock inventory Regularly visit the production unit for quality control and coordination · Explore Growth Opportunities Identify avenues for geographical expansion, both nationally and internationally Who You Are · Age : 25–38 years · Experience : 2–3 years in product sales, women’s wellness, or brand promotions Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Comfortable initiating conversations with women and explaining wellness products Passionate about women’s health, Ayurveda, and holistic living Possess a driving license (preferred for field travel) Why TANMATRA Ayurveda?
