Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end mobile and web application development projects, working closely with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects including mobile apps, web apps, and system integrations.
• Client Handling: Act as the main point of contact for clients; understand their requirements, manage expectations, and ensure timely communication and delivery.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, developers, testers, and other internal departments to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
• Timeline & Milestone Management: Create and maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure key milestones are achieved as per plan.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
• Quality Control: Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and client requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Identify project risks and issues proactively and work towards effective resolutions.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve project management processes and workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,972.36 - ₹47,012.62 per month
