Job Title: Project Coordinator – Interior Execution (Hospitality Projects)

Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai
Experience Required: 2–3 Years

About Us:

We are a fast-growing Interior Execution company based in Navi Mumbai, specializing in premium hospitality interior projects including hotels, resorts, and restaurants across India. As we expand, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support project planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling interior execution works.
• Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project or equivalent tools.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports, site checklists, and material flow reports.
• Manage drawings and documentation — proficiency in AutoCAD required.
• Create and maintain project trackers using MS Excel.
• Coordinate project logistics, material deliveries, and site manpower.
• Conduct project follow-ups to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in interior project coordination (hospitality/retail experience preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD – should be able to read and understand working drawings.
• Strong command of MS Excel – reporting, data tracking, scheduling.
• Working knowledge of MS Project or similar project scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
• Based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and open to occasional travel to project sites.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
