Job Title: Project Coordinator – Interior Execution (Hospitality Projects) Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai Experience Required: 2–3 Years Joining: Immediate / Urgent About Us: We are a fast-growing Interior Execution company based in Navi Mumbai, specializing in premium hospitality interior projects including hotels, resorts, and restaurants across India. As we expand, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support project planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and site execution. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling interior execution works. Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution. Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project or equivalent tools. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports , site checklists, and material flow reports. Manage drawings and documentation — proficiency in AutoCAD required. Create and maintain project trackers using MS Excel . Coordinate project logistics, material deliveries, and site manpower. Conduct project follow-ups to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Key Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in interior project coordination (hospitality/retail experience preferred). Proficient in AutoCAD – should be able to read and understand working drawings. Strong command of MS Excel – reporting, data tracking, scheduling. Working knowledge of MS Project or similar project scheduling software. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple projects/sites simultaneously.
