About Us:

We are a fast-growing turnkey interior contracting company, specializing in hospitality projects. Our focus is on delivering premium quality interiors with precision and speed. We are looking for a proactive and smart Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support in managing day-to-day project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of interior turnkey projects (Hotels/Hospitality).
  • Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely progress as per project schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) & Weekly Progress Reports (WPR).
  • Coordinate with site teams, vendors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor quality, timelines, and resources to ensure project delivery within scope and budget.
  • Track and update project timelines in MS Project and support in scheduling.
  • Manage drawings, BOQs, and material requirements with proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Handle site challenges with smart problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with hospitality sector standards and client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Interior Project Management (Hospitality preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Interior Construction methods & materials.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle site challenges, multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Prior experience in Hotel / Hospitality sector projects will be an added advantage.
