Interior Construction Supervisor

Location: Navi Mumbai Industry: Turnkey Interior Contracting (Hospitality Sector) Joining: Urgent Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interior Construction Manager to join our turnkey contracting team in Navi Mumbai. The role primarily involves project coordination from the office, with occasional site visits as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out projects within the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, restaurants, or malls) and must be proficient in project management and technical tools. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate day-to-day project activities between clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams Review and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to design and execution standards Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and BOQs Track project progress using MS Project and update stakeholders accordingly Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules Perform regular site visits for inspections, coordination, and issue resolution Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality benchmarks Key Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior project management, preferably in hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, restaurants, or malls) Strong coordination and communication skills Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project – mandatory Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents Strong problem-solving and time management skills Flexible to travel for periodic site visits as required Employment Type: Full-timeLocation: Office-based (Navi Mumbai) with site visits as neededAvailability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
