Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

This position will be responsible for overall training project management and smooth functioning of the project. This position will function under the Team Leader and Project Manager of AITD, Amity University Noida.

Roles and Responsibility:

Coordination with Team Leader and Project Manager-AITD for day to day project updates.
Coordination with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, trainees to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
Strict adherence to Project timelines.
Raising issues which need to be addressed immediately to Team Leader.
Trainee Feedback Analysis for all locations.
Keep record of all attendance of trainees during training program.
Maintaining MIS and database of training
Checking and preparing invoices and bills and support in processing payments to vendors and suppliers.
Arrange boarding, lodging and transport facility for the trainees & trainers
Conduct briefing & presentations related to training projects
Traveling to different locations of Amity for extending support as per the requirements
Handling trainers and ensure training is being conducted as per training guidelines
Any other task as assigned by the Team Leader from time to time
