Job Title: Project Coordinator (Only Female Candidates)

Location: Goa

Reports To: Project Manager

Job Overview:
The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing project documentation, scheduling, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and work schedules.
  • Coordinate tasks and track project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Update project schedules and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changes.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, meeting minutes, and project files.
  • Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, detailing project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Ensure all project documents are compliant with company standards and procedures.

Team Collaboration:

  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and on track.
  • Organize and attend project meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Resource Management:

  • Track and report on project resources, including materials, budgets, and personnel.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving resource conflicts to keep the project on track.

Client Interaction:

  • Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.

Project Close-out:

  • Assist with final project deliverables, ensuring all objectives are achieved.
  • Help prepare and organize final project documentation, including final reports and financials.
  • Assist with the post-project review and analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles (typically 1.5-3 years).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with standard working hours.
  • Occasional travel may be required depending on the nature of the projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
