This role requires a sharp, energetic field executive who can prospect, pitch, and onboard classes—then coordinate seminars that build student engagement and drive brand visibility. This is a ground-zero growth role with full ownership of Career Mantrana’s presence in the district. Key Responsibilities 1. Field Partnerships & Outreach Map all coaching classes and institutes in Nashik district. Conduct daily on-ground visits and pitch Career Mantrana’s partnership model. Drive end-to-end onboarding for each class. 2. Seminar Management Schedule, coordinate, and execute seminars after partnerships go live. Manage logistics, communication, and coordination with class management. Ensure high attendance and smooth delivery. Earn an incentive per seminar conducted . 3. Territory Development Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners. Strengthen relationships with class owners and administrators. Expand Career Mantrana’s reach block-by-block. 4.
