Job description – Project Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities - 1. Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients. 2. Coordinate execution of projects for effective and timely delivery. 3. Track and monitor project status and progress. 4. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, vendors/suppliers and other external partners. 5. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. 6. Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports. 7. Accurately recording minutes of meetings. 8. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners. 9. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries 10. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. Education - Bachelor's and master's degree in engineering or a relevant field. Experience - Candidates having 1- 4 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role will be preferred. Key Skills - Project Execution, Creative Problem Solving, Time Management, Project Monitoring, Documentation, Project Coordination, Communication Skills, Project Tracking, Task Management Required Skills - 1. Excellent professional level of verbal and written communication skills. 2. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. 3. In depth understanding of entire MS Office suite. 4. Must have knowledge of working on project management tools like Asana, Trello or similar. 5. Must have knowledge of working on content generating tools like Canva. 6. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. Preferred candidate profile 1. Ability to pay attention to detail. 2. Ability to multitask. 3.
