Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator in the IT department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager and technical teams to ensure the efficient planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. Your responsibilities will include coordinating between clients, developers, designers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, time, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables throughout all project phases. - Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to maintain project clarity and alignment. - Prepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and task trackers. - Support in requirement gathering, follow up with teams for task completion, and ensure timely delivery. - Identify project risks or delays and escalate them to the Project Manager when necessary. - Monitor project timelines and resource allocation. - Facilitate team meetings, client demos, and internal review sessions. - Ensure adherence to company standards, processes, and quality requirements. - Assist in project invoicing and closure activities. - Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or IT project support roles. - Strong understanding of IT project workflows, SDLC, and Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office, project tracking tools (like Jira, Trello, Asana), and documentation. - Basic technical knowledge to communicate effectively with development teams.
