Main Duties and Responsibilities

➢ To manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales inquiries. Receive and coordinate all sales inquiries in line with the company’s sales process.

➢ Research and contact prospective clients and convert leads into sales.

➢ Qualify leads and arranges suitable appointments for the Business Development Managers

➢ Influences customers to buy or retain products or services by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

➢ Generate over 40-50 (B2C) & generate over 10-15 (B2B) calls per week.

➢ Book in excess of 5-10 qualified sales calls/appointments per month.

➢ Establish new relationships by researching, adding, and developing 50 new client targets per month.

➢ Collate information on prospective clients, even where an appointment is not obtained.

➢ Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing activities.

➢ Log all calls and monitor success rates and actively chase new leads as required.

➢ Send out company information to potential accounts when necessary but after DM approval. it's most required.

➢ To monitor the status of all live inquiries to ensure all types of enquirer actions are completed in a timely professional manner and escalated to the MD when required.

➢ To ensure that all quotes and associated files are linked to an inquiry.

➢ To follow up on sales activities with clients & potential clients.

➢ To chase and analyze the reasons for failure to turn an inquiry into a new order

➢ Co-ordinate the market and client news in order to produce sales leads and have a repository of live information.

➢ Use the repository of market information to produce regular ads and marketing flyers.

➢ Follow-up specific marketing campaigns

➢ Produce a company ads flyer and other e-mail shots when required.

➢ Manage and develop appropriate forms of social media including (but not limited to)

Twitter, Linked In, Facebook

➢ Delegate marketing, sales, and PR activities to assistants where appropriate

➢ Organize and implement all other marketing and PR activities as briefed.
➢ Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

➢ Attend Sales and Marketing meetings
➢ Attend Staff meetings➢ Attend Senior Management Meetings including Management Review.➢ Submit daily activities report and work status.➢ Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly progress reports.➢ Create the reports you need to promote the business to show your potential.➢ Completing the given tasks and items within the time limit.➢ To give the daily status of all works.➢ To follow up on a given project and prepare strategy.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

➢ Attend training courses (Cross-training), exhibitions & shows as and when required.
➢ Do not consume any intoxicants during work.➢ Arrive at the office on time every day.➢ Carry out any other duties as may be required by the company from time to time.➢ Participate in the continual improvement of the company’s Quality and Environmental systems.➢ complete all tasks consciously➢ For any emergency, first, inform to Head.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,902.49 - ₹40,181.00 per month
