### Job Title: Social Media Marketing and Cold Calling Specialist

#### Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing and Cold Calling Specialist. This role is crucial in driving our outreach and engagement efforts for gas stations, restaurants, and motel businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation.

#### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Social Media Marketing:**

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for gas stations, restaurants, and motels.

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding in a timely and professional manner.

- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective and innovative strategies.

- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.

2. **Cold Calling:**

- Identify and research potential leads within the gas station, restaurant, and motel sectors.

- Conduct cold calls to introduce our products/services, understand customer needs, and generate interest.

- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients to secure meetings and close deals.

- Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.

- Develop and refine scripts and calling strategies to improve success rates.

#### Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.

- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales, preferably in the gas station, restaurant, or motel industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and CRM software.

- Highly motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
