Job Description: Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR ManagerJob Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our growing accounting and bookkeeping services firm. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance tracking, and HR compliance. The role also involves supporting hiring efforts for our USA-based business operations. Key Responsibilities · Recruitment & Onboarding · Post job listings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews · Coordinate interview process with department heads · Prepare offer letters and employee agreements · Conduct orientation and onboarding for new hires · Support hiring for both domestic and USA-based positions · Employee Records & Compliance · Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts) · Ensure compliance with state/federal labor laws and internal policies · Handle exit processes and full & final settlements · Performance & Engagement · Track employee performance reviews and appraisals · Address employee concerns and feedback · Plan internal team activities and engagement initiatives · Payroll Coordination (If involved) · Coordinate with payroll team for monthly data (attendance, leaves, deductions) · Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions · HR Reporting · Maintain and present monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave summary) · Support audits and HR documentation needs Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field · 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in a service or finance industry) · Knowledge of U.S. labor laws (optional but preferred) · Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills · Familiarity with HRMS tools and Google Workspace Preferred Skills · Experience managing HR for accounting/Marketing/Project managment · Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality · Fluent in English (spoken & written) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Evening shift Night shift US shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
