As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. Your role will involve coordinating between different teams such as development, QA, design, and clients to ensure effective communication and timely project completion. You should have a solid technical background in software development along with leadership experience as a Team Lead or Scrum Master. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables. You will conduct requirement gathering sessions, maintain documentation, and facilitate Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing status reports, risk logs, and meeting minutes, as well as monitoring project deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least 2 years of hands-on software development experience, and a minimum of 1 year as a Team Lead or Scrum Master. You should possess a strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management principles. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project. Having Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) and experience in client communication and stakeholder management would be advantageous.
