Job Overview:

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the Project Coordinator in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Coordinator will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identify resources needed.

Develop schedules and methods for measuring results.

Guide and perform strategic analysis for the project.

Coordinate project team meetings and ensure proper communication and documentation.

Maintain project schedules and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.

Provide regular updates on project status to the Project Manager and stakeholders.

Prepare reports on the progress and status of projects.

Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Coordinate the recruitment or assignment of project personnel.

Ensure all project team members have the necessary information and resources to perform effectively.

Monitor project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.

Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

1 - 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.

Experience in digital marketing or a related industry is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Pay: ₹11,407.72 - ₹43,493.22 per month
