Job Title: Sales Corporate Executive
Location: Bangalore

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

The Sales Corporate Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through B2B sales, client engagement, and service promotion. This role involves developing strong relationships with clients, delivering impactful presentations, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and convincing skills, with the flexibility to meet clients in person as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients to promote company services.
  • Develop and deliver professional sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable business deals.
  • Maintain and expand long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients and address queries or concerns effectively.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Experience in service-based industries (digital, marketing, IT, or consulting) is an added advantage.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Comfortable with client visits and traveling when required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM tools knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,407.72 - ₹43,493.22 per month
