Job Description – Project Coordinator
Location: Mayapuri, DelhiDepartment: SoftwareReports To: Project Manager / Department Head

About the Role We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our software development projects. The role involves assisting project managers in planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities
 Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources. Maintain project documentation (plans, reports, meeting notes). Track deliverables, timelines, and project milestones. Facilitate communication between developers, QA, designers, and clients. Prepare and share weekly project status updates. Identify risks/issues and escalate to the Project Manager. Organize and manage internal and client meetings.

Qualifications
 Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science/Business or related field. 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or software project management. Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools (Jira). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).

Preferred
 Agile/Scrum/Project Management certification.
