About the Role We’re looking for a sharp and organized Project Coordinator - Customer Success to join our growing CRO team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who enjoys staying on top of tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining smooth communication between clients and internal teams. You’ll act as the operational backbone — helping run experiments, coordinate tasks, and make sure our clients are always in the loop. If you’re someone who thrives on clarity, loves checklists, and enjoys interacting with people, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Be Doing: Communicate directly with clients: send meeting minutes, follow-ups, and gather approvals or feedback. Coordinate between internal teams (design, development, CRO) to keep projects on track. Create and manage tasks using tools like ClickUp or Asana. Perform sanity checks once experiments go live. Share experiment performance updates and help create client-facing reports. Keep all stakeholders aligned through Slack, MS Teams, or email. Ensure all deliverables are shared on time and as promised. What We’re Looking For: 0–1 year of experience in client servicing, project coordination, customer success, or similar roles. 0–1 years in customer-facing, support, or coordination roles. Freshers with strong communication skills and internship experience are welcome to apply. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Comfort with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Slack, MS Teams, or willingness to learn. A structured mindset and a knack for follow-ups and documentation. Bonus Points If You: Have worked in a SaaS company (e.g., Zoho, Freshworks, VWO, Freshmarketer). Are familiar with GA4, Microsoft Clarity, or other analytics tools. Have a basic understanding of A/B testing or UX optimization.
