Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project delivery team. The role involves tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, monitoring risks, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient with MS Office tools, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Project Coordination / PMO support role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel - pivot tables/charts, PowerPoint - presentations, Word - documentation, Outlook - scheduling).
  • Good understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
