Project Control Manager ( 82443109 )

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of project execution including but not limited to schedule development and management, budget development and management, internal approvals, design and construction document production, RFP processes, construction, MEP, furniture, move, Responsible for ensuring project is executed within defined schedule and budget
• Oversee all aspects relating to the planning, design and construction of all projects
• Review all proposed plans and construction documents to identify possible value engineering and cost reduction opportunities
• Manage annual capital planning process
• Coordinate with Construction Managers and the P&C department to identify and partner with select vendors to perform outsourced services for an assigned project
• Carry out plan and analysis in order to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design or drawings for construction
• Plan, manage and coordinate minor workspace modifications & construction activities in the region and ensure they are in compliance with various OHS/EHS, Access, Fire & Safety standards
• Chair weekly project meetings with consultants and internal partners, attend all project meetings to ensure all projects are properly coordinated and communicated to all internal groups as required
• Spearhead project in full
• Contribute to the creation of strategic market growth plan including growth targets, target markets
• Performed scheduled financial and operational analysis and reporting to illustrate controls over the actual, planned and proposed spend of capital
• Prepare financial models and account for the quality of the inputs and outputs and the decision on discretionary spend that ensures all investments improve the useful life of tower assets
• Properly track and provide real-time information for requests, projects, and budgets, keeping a focus on milestone data integrity in order to easily communicate program updates and expected timelines
  

Education Requirement :

• Post Graduate in Construction Management (NICMAR)
• B.E / B Tech in Civil Engineering
  

Experience Requirement :

• Necessar y # 18 to 24 years relevant work experience
• Desired - Experience is handling real estate projects.
• Hands on experience on MS Projects and Primavera
