Job Description

Project Coordinator Electronic Archiving


Location:


Basic Function:


Principal Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Manage multiple electronic archiving projects from initial requestthrough post-Production testing
  • For each electronic archiving request:
  • Serve as the primary contactfor all cross-functional team members
  • Manage and track to standardized procedures for each electronic archivingproduct (i.e. Electronic Records Archive, IBM Content Manage On Demand, Archive360)
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings
  • Document and track issuesand facilitate resolutions
  • Submit ticketsas outlined in procedure documents
  • Collaborate with Information Management, Information Technology System Owners (ITSO),and production operations teams to prioritize and resolve any issues associated with electronic archiving projects
  • Provide overviews of the differentarchiving processes and the requirements for each, to system owners, business owners, or other inquiries
  • Field questions from system owners and directthem to the appropriate groups
  • Participate in end-userfunctional testing of software productsand tools, as needed



Minimum Requirements: (Knowledge, skills,and abilities to qualify for position)


  • Very strong technical and analytical skills to drive projects forward and resolve issues
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and client services skills at all organizational levels
  • Detail-oriented
  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in technology
  • College degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle processes
  • Knowledge of information and archiving lifecycle phases
  • Self-motivated and strong team player
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities while cognizant of deadlines
  • Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft skills particularly Excel, Word,and Visio
  • Familiar with ServiceNow and Agile platforms




Relationships:


Maintains working partnerships with: Information Management (IM), Enterprise Infrastructure (EI), Compliance, and Information Technology System Owners (ITSO), as well as other Records Management team members.
