Project Co Ordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in the field of Advance Computing. The role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage multiple project activities simultaneously. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
  

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system engineers, and research professionals in advanced computing domains.
  

• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards for management review.
  

• Monitor project progress and escalate risks, bottlenecks, or deviations from plan.
  

• Support in resource allocation, budget tracking, and procurement coordination.
  

• Schedule and facilitate meetings, reviews, and client interactions.
  

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and security protocols.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track changes, and manage communication flow.
  

• Provide administrative and operational support to project managers.
  

Skills:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
