IPO Project Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all IPO-related activities and timelines with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain IPO trackers, project plans, documentation.
• Monitor IPO timelines, escalate potential delays, and ensure adherence to internal timelines
• Prepare status updates and reports for leadership on IPO progress on weekly basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business or finance.
• 2–4 years of experience in merchant banking, corporate banking or any other project co-ordination role
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
