Position: Project Associate

• Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
• Salary: ₹15,000/month
• Last Date to Apply: September 25

• As a Project Associate at Kites India, you will:
• Support the design, planning, and execution of projects and programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including institutions, government bodies, and youth networks.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and ensure project deliverables are met on time.
• Organize events, workshops, and community activities.
• Assist in documentation, communication, and impact measurement.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Social Sciences / Management / Development Studies / Engineering or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
• Interest in youth development, social impact, and innovation.
• Prior internship/volunteering experience is a plus.
