Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajarhat for a Project Associate. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently. The role includes facilitating communication between clients and creatives, conducting research to support project goals, and arranging and delivering training sessions as needed. The candidate will also identify design solutions and support the team with administrative and analytical tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and Coordination skills
• Excellent Communication and Training abilities
• Proficient in Research and demonstrating effective Analytical Skills
• Solid organizational and time-management capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Making decks on Canva/Figma
• Familiarity with creative industries and design processes is an advantage.
