Project Associate

As a Project Associate in the Ginesys Integration team at the Kolkata office, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to optimizing supply chain and order management processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency in connecting Retail Clients and enhancing customer satisfaction. - Communicating with Partners and Clients to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements. - Analyzing supply chain and order management data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. - Recommending process enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing SOPs for supply chain and order management activities. - Participating in project kick-off meetings, performing technical analysis, API mapping, and conducting unit testing. - Offering customer support throughout the project life cycle and resolving order management issues. - Maintaining strong relationships with Partners and Clients to ensure timely project delivery. - Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions. Qualifications required for this position: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in retail business analysis, supply chain management, or order management. - Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, understanding of SQL queries, familiarity with Postman collection, Agile methodology, JIRA, Cloud Technology, and knowledge of Retail Industry trends. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Desirable requirements for the role: - Proficiency in Database handling, in-depth understanding of REST APIs, familiarity with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) operations, integration project concepts. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical and reasoning abilities.
