Project Associate

• Medical devices, diagnostics, digital health & healthcare AI
• Clinical validation, regulatory approvals, and commercialization

• Monitoring project execution and commercialization readiness
• Supporting startups with business, regulatory, IP, and go-to-market strategy
• Coordinating with government bodies, researchers, investors, and industry experts
• Driving impact tracking, reporting, and national visibility of the Mission
  

• Support call promotion, applicant coordination, and communication tracking
• Maintain project data, trackers, CRM, and documentation systems
• Assist in organizing review meetings, mentoring sessions, and workshops
• Support impact reporting, dashboards, and progress presentations
• Track project milestones, documents, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with grantees, mentors, and internal teams
• Support website updates, program visibility, and communications

Candidate Profile

• 1 3 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project support
• Background in sciences, engineering, management preferred
• Strong Excel, documentation, and reporting skills
• Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
• Interest in MedTech, startups, innovation, and AI ecosystems

• Venture Center s working hours are 9.30 AM 5.30 PM ( to Saturday) and are designed to keep operations of Venture Center convenient for the start ups, entrepreneurs, inventors and others that the organization serves.
