Center Incharge cum Project Associate

Role & responsibilities

  • Center Management & Program Execution:

    Manage the

    daily operations

    of the Skill Development Center, ensuring the smooth and compliant execution of skilling programs in

    BFSI, Retail Sales, and Accounting

    .
  • Mobilization Strategy & Outreach:

    Plan and lead mobilization efforts, including

    field visits

    to communities, colleges, and job fairs, to ensure effective candidate enrollment and meet project targets.
  • Candidate Counseling & Guidance:

    Counsel

    prospective students and their families about training curriculum, career opportunities, and placement potential to facilitate informed decisions.
  • Retention & Mentoring:

    Implement strategies for

    candidate retention

    , including continuous tracking of attendance, providing mentoring, and offering ongoing guidance throughout the training period.
  • Trainer Coordination:

    Coordinate with trainers to ensure the

    effective delivery

    of training modules and maintain high standards of instructional quality.
  • Employer Engagement & Partnerships:

    Actively

    build partnerships

    and strong working relationships with employers across relevant sectors for sustainable placement opportunities.
  • Placement Drive Organization:

    Plan, organize, and execute

    placement drives

    , job fairs, and industry interaction sessions to maximize candidate job placements.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management:

    Cultivate and maintain strong rapport with

    community stakeholders, NGOs, colleges, government institutions

    , and local influencers.
  • Data Management & MIS:

    Ensure

    data accuracy

    across all center activities, maintain the Management Information System (MIS), and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Reporting & Compliance:

    Prepare and share

    timely progress reports

    , success stories, impact documentation, and ensure complete compliance with all project guidelines and deliverables.
  • Field Visit Documentation:

    Conduct and document mobilization and outreach activities, maintaining

    accurate records

    and sharing regular feedback with Project Leads.
  • Budget & Resource Utilization:

    Monitor and manage center resources, ensuring efficient utilization and operational effectiveness within budget constraints.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Education, Management, or relevant fields.
  • 14 years of experience in skill development, center management, or project coordination.
  • Prior experience in BFSI, Retail, or Accounting skilling projects preferred.
  • Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets and basic MIS reporting.
  • Comfortable with community outreach and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in the local language is essential.
