Job Description

The group you’ll be a part of

Global Operations - Supply Chain - SC Business Operations

The impact you’ll make

Join Lam as a Project Manager, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.

Job Responsibilities

Create and run pricing review programs including economic order quantities, consignment pricing, and other cost analytics
Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives on supply chain cost management data and analytics
Diagram and evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for future improvement
Deliver presentations and training courses on supply chain cost management programs and findings from analysis
Create visualizations to allow the broader supply chain community to track their progress on cost programs
Collaborate with various stakeholders inside supply chain as well as across Lam, including organizing, leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams
Communicates team progress
Other supply chain operational and cost projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree
Experience in supply chain, finance, operations, consulting, or other analytical field
Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba).
Data analytics experience including working knowledge of SQL and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of VBA
Prior experience with SAP
