Program/Project Manager 3

The group you will be a part of is Global Operations - Supply Chain - SC Business Operations. As a Project Manager at Lam, you will lead process improvement initiatives by leveraging your systems knowledge and business process acumen. Your primary responsibilities will involve collecting and analyzing data, evaluating processes, developing metrics, and identifying root causes using data-driven indicators for future improvements. By organizing cross-functional project teams, you will effectively communicate team progress, share best practices, and demonstrate your commitment to operational excellence at Lam. Your key responsibilities will include creating and running pricing review programs such as economic order quantities and consignment pricing, as well as other cost analytics. You will plan, execute, and implement process improvement initiatives related to supply chain cost management data and analytics. Evaluating existing processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and delivering presentations and training courses on supply chain cost management programs will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will create visualizations to help the broader supply chain community track their progress on cost programs. Collaboration with various stakeholders within supply chain and across Lam, including organizing and leading cross-functional project teams, will be essential. You will also be responsible for communicating team progress and working on other supply chain operational and cost projects as assigned. The minimum qualifications for this role include at least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years of experience and a Master's degree. You should have experience in supply chain, finance, operations, consulting, or other analytical fields. Proficiency in procurement software and tools like SAP, Oracle, and Ariba is required, along with data analytics experience including working knowledge of SQL and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary. Preferred qualifications for this position include a working knowledge of VBA and prior experience with SAP.
