Summary:The Delivery Unit Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the delivery of multiple IT programs and projects across a portfolio of clients/accounts. This role ensures high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery, while also driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, team development, and revenue/margin growth.
