Summary:The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects for global clients. The role involves managing scope, timelines, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations while leading cross-functional teams to deliver business value through technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning ExecutionDefine project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in alignment with client goals.Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Ensure timely delivery of project outputs by managing execution across development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and escalation management.Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and transparency.
  • Team LeadershipLead cross-functional project teams across geographies (onshore/offshore).Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve delivery blockers.Drive team motivation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Risk, Quality ComplianceIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and quality assurance practices.Comply with Accenture''s delivery, security, and audit standards.
  • Budget Financial ManagementManage project budgets, forecasts, and billing schedules.Ensure alignment to contractual obligations and deliverables.Track financial performance and report variances with mitigation actions.
  • Key Skills Competencies:Strong project management and organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience in Agile/Scrum, PMP, or PRINCE2 methodologiesProficient in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Clarity
    Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Program Project Management.
  • Good To Have Skills:Experience with Program Control Services.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies.
  • Ability to utilize project management tools for planning and tracking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
    Additional Information:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience delivering projects in Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain,or Cloud environments
  • Exposure to global delivery models and stakeholder management across time zones
